About Chloe's Legacy
Providing positive experiences or relief for young people who attend RSA, Some young people face barriers, live in poverty and are unable to afford the basics to feel their best.
We want to bridge the gap, even just a little bit. By being able to provide relief, whether that's an opportunity, hygiene/care package, some equipment, the possibilities could be endless.
If children and young people feel able to participate in society, have experiences that feel fun, positive and give them a sense of confidence and belonging. It helps to build the positive foundations for the future.
Mission
Initially, in Chloe's memory, her family and friends want to provide some relief to support those in need. Through fundraising initiatives, care packages or vouchers to those children in financial need, helping children and young people locally to be the best they can be.
Vision
To ensure that her light continues to shine brightly, develop this legacy in memory of Chloe, by providing support for teenagers most in need of a little support.
Our Plans
Fundraising
- Approach charities for grant funding initially.
- Ask organisations for donations to the raffle or funding - in return for support, we’ll acknowledge each organisations generosity on Chloe’s website and social media.
- Fundraising through raffles and appeals.
- Fundraising drives (Such as Chloe’s Rainbow Run )
Providing Grants
Helping children and young people locally to be the best they can be.
Offering small grants to help young people, from Robert Smyth Academy initially (although we would love to grow), to flourish and access opportunities that would be otherwise unaffordable.

Chloe, was a 13 year old dancing, tiktoking tornado. A gentle soul, who loved a party, an event, a reason celebrate life. From the moment Chloe started at Robert Smyth Academy, she had ideas for prom in 2025.
An exceptional human being, radiating beauty and goodness. Her remarkable ability to bring immense joy and create unforgettable moments are precious, sacred and we will forever hold them in our hearts.
A radiant spirit with a zest for life, she deserves to be remembered for the colourful story of her life, rather than its conclusion.
Her impact on the world was sure to be meaningful and wondrous. A friend to everyone, believing in the inherent goodness of people and their deserving kindness.
Fuelled by Chloe’s ever-cheerful, effervescent demeanour who never failed to uplift others.
